I have recently updated my phone to the new version of the Palm Treo 750v (v for Vodafone) which runs Windows Mobile 6 which in turn now makes use of Vodafone’s HSDPA service (high speed data or 3 and a half G as it’s referred to sometimes) in the switchover I lost the connections to use the phone as a modem for my Dell Axim X50v PDA. I have spent a few days trying in desparation to fix it until I came across THIS SITE which lists many command strings for various service providers of GPRS data services. After inserting the Vodafone settings on this page I finally got the connections working. And although it only referes to GPRS, when I have a 3G signal it still works (i guess a data connection is a data connection).

I hope this helps someone else, it’s saved me a few sleepless nights.

The one below “choc” is the current theme and I’ve got to keep it for a while and get on with some PROPER work.
I’m using a vista theme for pocket breeze and the Phone Alarm icons I created myself.
